This grand tour in the province of Segovia is divided into three zones: The Mesta; The Romanesque and the Castles; And the Cañadas, Veredas and Cordeles. Cañadas and Cattle routes:
there are two main livestock routes: one that ascends from the Jarama river following the Arroyo de la Fuentecilla and another that ascends, also from the Jarama river and passing through the cemetery, to the municipal district of Montejo de la Sierra.
his path, which departs from the beech forest of Montejo, is part of the smaller Madrid 1 (PR-M-1) route and runs parallel to the Jarama river. It offers an outstanding natural interest and a fauna and flora worth getting to know.
